What we do with the information we gather We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g., to ship an order.

In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Refund Process

In any event, any deposited funds for a project shall not be subject to refund after delivery if the initial design concepts are approved, or a change is requested unless Uppersmile LLC cancels or terminates your Contract for a reason other than your breach or non-performance. Once any project you requested has began, refunds will not be granted. All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement: You make a request when the initial concepts for a design are offered. However once you approve or request changes in the initial designs, the refund offer becomes void and refund request will not be entertained.

Your Website

If you fail to make a payment on the 1st of the month for either your GOLDEN PLAN, YOU-DO-IT PLAN or NEWBIE. We (UPPERSMILE) will give you until the 3rd to make the payment as a curtesy. This will only be allowed if you contact us (UPPERSMILE) and address that you need the extra time do to hardship. If you do contact us (UPPERSMILE) we have the right to cancel your existing plan and remove the website and all content. We (UPPERSMILE) will remain the owners of the domain unless you contact us (UPPERSMILE) and pay a fee to release the domain to you.
When you sign up for the Golden monthly plan we will design you a free website for you, we will not collect any payment as long as you make the monthly payment of $17.99 each month for 6 months. If you cancel before the 6 months period you will need to pay $99 for the web design we did for you. After the 6 months you can cancel anytime without any penalties. If you decide to cancel before the 6 months all you have to do is contact us and make a payment of $99 for the design. We (Uppersmile) own the codes to every App we develop. We can re-skin any App we sell without notice to you (the buyer). (Except custom Apps) example : If the App was the customers idea we will not Re-skin it, it will be developed for you through a contract.


When (Uppersmile) says “Free domain”, the free domain only applies for the first year. Every year after, you will have to pay a $10 yearly fee to keep your domain active. If you decide to cancel/transfer your website to another company, you will have to pay a fee to release your domain from us (Uppersmile). Contact Uppersmile on information to release your domain from us (Uppersmile), Uppersmile has every right to keep the domain if you fail to pay your monthly payment.


Starting June 01, 2019 late fees will be applied. All website plans are due on the 1st of the month, grace period is until the 5th. On the 6th, you will need to pay an additional $5. If no payment is received by the 15th of the month, account will be closed and you will need to pay a $60 fee to re-open the account.
